Title: Michelle's Ginger Salmon

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Salmon Fillets
1/2tsGinger minced
1/2tsGarlic minced
2tbSoy Sauce
1tbOlive oil
2tbFresh parsley
1tbFresh basil
  Salt and pepper to taste

In a large sautee pan, add olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt & pepper. Sautee on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add fillets to pan and cover, lowering heat to medium level and cooking for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and serve with white rice and garnish with fresh parsely and basil.
